Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Faith on Fire ("Faith on Fire," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit faithonfire.world, purchase the e-book or Course, join the Weekly Mastermind, or otherwise use our Services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, and password when you create a member account.
- Billing details (such as name, email, and billing address) when you purchase the e-book, Course, or Weekly Mastermind — your card number itself is entered directly into Stripe or SamCart and is not stored on our systems.
- Messages, questions, or details you submit through our contact form.
- Any content you choose to share during Mastermind calls, breakouts, or with our team.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic device and usage data (such as browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages) collected through standard server logs.
- Authentication session cookies that keep you securely signed in to your member dashboard, set by our authentication provider, Supabase.
- Course progress and access records (for example, which modules you've unlocked) tied to your account.
We do not knowingly collect any payment card numbers, bank details, or government ID numbers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your member account and grant access to what you've purchased.
- Process payments and send order confirmations, receipts, and login credentials.
- Operate the Course dashboard, track your progress, and run the Weekly Mastermind (including scheduling and call access).
- Respond to messages sent through our contact form or to support@faithonfire.world.
- Send you emails related to your purchase or membership (such as welcome emails, and, if you've opted in, promotional emails about the Course or Mastermind) — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Maintain the security of our Services and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve the Services based on how they're actually used.
Data Retention
We keep account and purchase information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information except where we're required to retain it (for example, financial records tied to a completed purchase).
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls through our infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions noted above.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
- California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we've collected and to request deletion — we do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@faithonfire.world. We'll verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@faithonfire.world and we will delete it.
International Visitors
Faith on Fire is based in the United States and our Services and infrastructure are hosted in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Third-Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites (for example, Amazon book listings or Marc Feinberg's personal site). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
