Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Faith on Fire ("Faith on Fire," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of faithonfire.world and any related products, content, or services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing the e-book, enrolling in the Course, joining the Weekly Mastermind, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for them.
Description of Services
Faith on Fire currently offers three products:
- The Faith on Fire E-book — a one-time digital purchase delivered by download and/or email.
- The Blueprint Course — an 11-module self-paced video course with reflection exercises, declarations, action steps, and commitment letters, accessed through your member dashboard after a one-time purchase.
- The Weekly Mastermind ("the Brotherhood") — a recurring monthly membership that includes a live weekly video call, a session replay library, member resources, and periodic 1:1 access, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Services, including pricing, content, or features, at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes that affect what they've already purchased.
Eligibility & Accounts
Some parts of the Services — including the Course and the Weekly Mastermind — require a member account, created and authenticated through our platform. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information when you register or make a purchase.
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account or login credentials.
- Notify us promptly at support@faithonfire.world if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Take responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or close an account, for violations of these Terms or for suspected fraud or abuse.
Products, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed when you complete your purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors — Stripe and SamCart — and are subject to those providers' own terms. We do not store your full payment card number.
The e-book and Course are one-time purchases that grant you a personal license to access the content as described in License to Use Our Content below — they are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
The Weekly Mastermind is a recurring monthly membership. By joining, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@faithonfire.world.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period — your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend Mastermind access until the balance is resolved.
- We'll email you if pricing changes materially before it takes effect on your next renewal.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to actually get value from this material:
- If the Course isn't right for you, contact us at support@faithonfire.world — go through it in good faith first, and we'll work with you to make it right.
- Weekly Mastermind membership fees already charged for a billing period are not prorated or refunded when you cancel mid-cycle; cancellation simply prevents future charges.
- Refund requests tied to a specific billing error or duplicate charge should be sent to support@faithonfire.world and will be reviewed promptly.
License to Use Our Content
All content we provide — including the e-book, course videos, workbook tools, commitment letters, worksheets, resource downloads, and Mastermind session replays (collectively, "Content") — is owned by Faith on Fire or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial growth. You may not:
- Share your login, downloads, or session replays with anyone outside your household.
- Copy, resell, rebroadcast, or publicly post Content without our written permission.
- Use Content to create a competing product or service.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices from any Content.
Brotherhood Conduct & Community Guidelines
The Weekly Mastermind is a live community of men being vulnerable with one another. To keep that space safe, when participating in calls, breakouts, or any Faith on Fire community space you agree to:
- Treat other members and staff with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
- Keep what's shared by other men in the room confidential.
- Not record, screenshot, or redistribute sessions without the group's consent.
- Not use the community to solicit, sell, or recruit for unrelated business ventures.
We may remove any member from a session or suspend Mastermind access, without refund of the current billing period, for conduct that violates these guidelines or otherwise threatens the safety of the group.
Not Medical, Legal, Financial, or Therapeutic Advice
Faith on Fire provides faith-based coaching, teaching, and encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and nothing on the Services should be treated as such.
Marc Feinberg is a certified biblical counselor and coach, not a licensed therapist, physician, or attorney. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately — do not rely on the Services for crisis support. We strongly encourage members working through clinical mental-health issues to pair this community with a licensed counselor or therapist.
Testimonials & Results
Testimonials, quotes, and stories shared on our site reflect real individual experiences but are not a guarantee of the outcome, transformation, or result you will personally experience. Everyone's journey, effort, and circumstances are different.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Services rely on and may link to third-party providers, including payment processing (Stripe, SamCart), account and data infrastructure (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), video hosting (YouTube embeds), and website hosting (Netlify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, which are governed by their own terms.
Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Services and, for the Weekly Mastermind, cancel your membership at any time as described in Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, misused the Content, engaged in fraud, or put the safety of the community at risk. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any spiritual, relational, or financial outcome will result from using them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith on Fire and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Faith on Fire in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith on Fire and its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will first be addressed informally — contact us at support@faithonfire.world and we'll try to resolve it directly. If that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Faith on Fire regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
